Summer Begins and all worried about health and also beauty consines . In Summer season all eats watery content foods a lot.


In Summer maximum we all try to have an ice creams , salads, juices along with our food but the best way to reduce heat in our body is to avoid the ice creams & juices and increase taking the fruits as such which is more good to health .
